Transactional VS Transformational relationships: Transaction is 'tit for tat', ‘fair exchange’… the way commerce works... buy cheap, sell at the highest price you can get.

Transformational is from respect; the sincere desire to help, to change, grow & develop the people with whom we work. Transformational leaders really love & appreciate their people.
