Leaders, you're doing well! You're faced with daily pressure from all sides, I get it. You want to add value, do meaningful work and get stuff done. Here's the rub, did you know that you are not only being judged by your output and outcomes (transactions) but by your ability to navigate relational equity?

I don't know about you, I want to follow a leader that is working on reframing their role from managing people, projects and outcomes (transactional) to regularly maintaining healthy, robust relationships with those they lead (relational). Don't get me wrong, transactional has its merits but a relational leader doesn't just work through their people they work alongside their people.
