Are You a Traitor or a Hero

Concerning what you did, are you a traitor or a hero? Yes, I know you had to do it–it was necessary for the course. Or can you claim to have been desperate and thus blinded in the moment?

What's your excuse for going against your team, as the leader? In what light will they see you? Will their respect stand or will it collapse on both legs??

But, to be fair, we must give you some credit for keeping the ship afloat. At least it’s still moving according to plan. And we can say you took one for the team.

Also, the future looks bright. We see land for the first time in about 18 months but from a distance. All because of what you did.

Should you be a hero or a traitor to the camp? If you can remember not so long ago you made an oath. In it, you promised never to break bread with the enemy, until recently.

You seemed desperate; it was written all over your face. The stress that you were going through made the skin in your forehead wrinkle at double the normal rate. We knew that you were up to something fishy. So we stood aside and watched you in amazement as you betrayed our trust.?

But the dilemma still holds; yes, we are almost crossing a bridge we thought impossible to cross, but at the same time, you dined with the devil himself. And fortunately or unfortunately, you forgot to wash your hands, let alone wear a napkin. Now there are blood stains all over your shirt and hands. And we can see what you did!

Yes, we are happy that we have crossed over to the next level; we got what we wanted. But, you betrayed our trust in the process by going behind our backs.
