They are their own worst boss. They are really, really hard on themselves and never, or hardly ever take time off. They desperately long to be able to take time off from their business. But they’ve don’t know how to make that work without help.

They’re in it way too deep and they can’t see the wood for the trees.

Why am I telling you all this? Because I feel really sad when I see business owners working themselves to a frazzle in their business.
