Discover Emma's path to success by following her!??
Many people like you and me worked hard to achieve our goals. That sometimes we have achieved our desired success, and sometimes we have not achieved the desired result. But according to Emma, who studied at Ryerson University (2014–2018) and George Brown College (2020), there are a few things to consider:
?
Emma's work experiences?
She first started in Toronto as an intern at Bell Media. Then she returned to her city and started working in a clothing store, which brought her new experiences. When she returned to Toronto and chose George Brown College to continue his education, she had the opportunity to hunt for a job. She returned home and found her first field-related job opportunity as a community manager at Publicis.?
She returned to Toronto coincided with landing her dream job at MLSE as Coordinator - Music and Live Events. A job that was very informative for her, both professionally and personally.?
At MLSE, Emma Lauermeier coordinates digital content for music and live events. She creates content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, while covering all live events at Scotiabank Arena and Coca-Cola Coliseum for social media. The daily operations of the social channels for MLSE venues are also managed and supervised by Emma.?

The most important achievements that Emma achieved experimentally from 2014 to 2022 are:?
A reflection of Emma's advice?

The experiences that Emma shared in her interview inspired the new career path I took.?
1.Although it is difficult and sometimes unbearable to be separated from the family and change the habits and routine of life, it is always possible to change the conditions in a way that is compatible with our moods. This wandering takes time, and you must wait to reach it.?
2.You may try many times to work in the desired position, but you may not find the job you want. But you can find volunteer jobs, attend Groups and Associations, Mentorship Programs and take any opportunity to gain experience. (Take advantage of small opportunities to learn)?
Don't be shy about telling people you're looking for a job.
And keep in mind that the first job you find will not be your permanent job.
3. The job opportunities you find on LinkedIn or Indeed may not match all your criteria, but that doesn't mean you should stop applying for them. Be more flexible and seek more experience in different industries.?
?
In the end...?
Thanks to Professor Wendy Greenwood and Centre For Business I George Brown College which provided this opportunity for my classmates and me to use the paths of success of people like Emma to find a clear and suitable career path.?
Undoubtedly, hearing the words of people who have gone through winding roads to reach their desired position increases my motivation to work harder on my desired path. What do you think??
