Burnout has become an epidemic, with 50% of people admitting they struggle to juggle work, family, and personal time without feeling utterly drained.

Burnout is rampant – burnout is normalised.

But there’s nothing normal about feeling dimmed, downtrodden and like you’re part of the rat race.

As part of this pilot, your insights will be invaluable.

After completing the course (which should take about 4-6 hours), I’ll ask you to share your learnings and suggestions. Your feedback will help refine the program for future participants.
