I've been thinking a lot lately. Are you tired of the "burnout culture"???I am! And I'm too inspired to be tired.

Recently I turned burnout into hope and possibility by recommitting to these three simple acts:
1.?Prioritizing daily habits?for a?healthy mind + body
2.?Calendar?-?time management 101, focused and aligned with life + work goals
3.?Creative practice?- at least once a day. Why??Creativity lights up the brain and allows us to view and solve problems more openly and with innovation.
What showed up by doing these??More ease, expansion and happiness!
