It's no secret. And I spend a lot of time reminding you. I am an over-achieving over-thinker. So let's enter a room we haven't explored very much ...the very nature of how we think.

It's high time we addressed the 'Elephant In The Room.'

Let's not underestimate the importance of thoughts. And I spoke about this in the Linkedin Audio Room, Episode #6 ...Because without thoughts - we wouldn't be the emotional, rational beings we are (most of the time). Trying to have our best life. Whilst finding deep relationships, meaning and purpose on earth.

Our thoughts create feelings. Which in turn spur actions. Which leads to results. It's a powerful, yet often overlooked cycle of feeling, thinking, and doing.

By identifying and labelling our own feelings. It empowers us to navigate our emotional landscape. And helps us decide what to do next.

Each person brings their own set of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors into the mix. No! we cannot read their mind. But ...through developing your Emotional Intelligence skills, we can get pretty close. And this helps build stronger connections. Which in turn builds ... better business and personal relationships.

POWERS OF PREDICTION

Predicting other people's thoughts or feelings accurately is in reality - just your best 'guess.' But we can start to imagine what is going on in someone else's world by ...their tone of voice ...body language ...and behaviour. It can be tricky! But it's a crucial skill well worth practicing. Simply because it builds and strengthens rapport. It enables us to communicate effectively in business and stay in harmony with those around us.

POWER OF COLLECTIVE THINKING

Here's the bigger picture. When multiple minds work together, the outcome is exponential! Not merely additive. It's like a supercharged brainstorming session that far surpasses the 'combined brainpower' of the individuals involved.
