There was once a time in my teenage years when I couldn’t even go into a shop and ask for something without my body going into a panic,
I would suddenly burn up, start to sweat, I was bright red in a second.
My throat would close, I couldn’t breathe, I felt like I was suffocating.
I would physically shake,
My head was down,
I was so embarrassed to be me!
My voice was so quiet when I spoke people would constantly ask me to repeat myself,
They would look at me like I had some kind of disease,
But why did this happen to me? there was no logical reason why my body was reacting in that way,
I wasn’t in control at all,
The deep subconscious programming i had was trying to protect me, but from what?,
It didn’t make sense.
I wanted to change but I didn't know how.
I was stuck for a long time,
When you want to change something about yourself,
Something no-one else understands,
its a pretty lonely place to be,
But believe me, it doesn’t matter what it is...
Starting a new routine,
Stopping those Cravings for food,
Losing weight,
Feel energized,
Wanting more calm and peace,
Waking up feeling full of joy,
Getting stronger and feeling truly empowered!
Having the courage to do anything.
YOU CAN DO IT!
Ignore the negative voices they will fade,
Ignore all the noise around you (there is an off button)
Focus on you and start really caring for yourself like you’ve never done before,
I don’t mean just doing your nails or a candlelit bath,
I mean move your body! (you dont need a lot of space)
Enjoy healthy food that your body needs,
Take time to listen to yourself,
what you really want?
What is holding you back?
Then start to focus yourself on an exciting future,
Your beliefs will create the next version of you,
So straighten those out!
Make the most of your time at home,
See it as an opportunity to really achieve something for yourself during this time,
Your body and mind will appreciate it and show you what you’re really made of.
