Are you in the Team ?

A lot of people try to define what the team of a project is...

Most of the time, this definition is highly static with an organigram... Of course, you can integrate some dynamics by hiring or firing people.

In the #NoSoft company model, based on #holacracy, the team is defined dynamically each day by the number of interactions that you have with us: post on a social network mentioning #NoSoft, block on the #BlockStore, materials proposed in a #crowdsourcing process, interactions with the #NoSoft forum...

After compiling all these data, we can elaborate a mindmap of the team...

As a result, there is no :

- distinction between "in" and "out"... It is just a question of radial distance...

- hierarchy, "head of"... It is just a question of implication and activity. if one day, someone is most active than us as co-founder of #NoSoft, no problem it will be more #NoSoft than us :-)

- ego-centric organisation... everybody is graviting around topics, projects. We are all federated by the topics !

- arbitrary recognition of people... the system doesn't care if you are the friend or the brother in law of the co-founder. Nothing but your actual activity for #NoSoft. The algorithm is neutral and fair by applying the same laws for everybody
