Are you sure ...

I’m not surprised.

It’s an understandable trait.

Being somewhat self-effacing sits naturally with many a person who has so much to offer.

Sadly it means they never truly get the chance to shine.

Here’s the problem…

Until you or I or anyone else who’s focused on helping others – decides to say we’re ‘this good’ – no one else will ever believe we are.

If every fibre of our being, every word softly uttered, every gesture dampened – clearly says we believe we’reonly average – sure enough that’s how we’ll be treated.

Just think…

Of all those thousands of people who’ve been waiting toknow what we know! Hundreds anticipating our help; eventens hungering for our knowledge, experience and expertise…

Why would we deprive them?

If we are awesome and only have the courage to say we’re good…

If we’re great but only mouth “I’m OK!”…

If we’re good and mutter we’re not…

What a disservice to the world!

Stand up…

There’s no need to shout.

Just a certainty of gaze, a firmness of tone, a conviction of value to be exchanged – is all it takes.

People will FEEL it from you…

BUT

Only when you feel it!

It’s the recipe for success.

You and I get what we deserve – and that deserving comes cloaked by our communication.

Who are you?

Are you an ‘A’ or a ‘The’

Are you the only one?

Oh by the way – the answer to that question is “YES, Peter, I am!”

Good.

Go tell the world you’re sure who you are!

I am

Go on then...

Peter
