If you support a politician that doesn't support our USA's continued support of Ukraine, then you are supporting the death of the USA.
There are voices advocating for the withdrawal of our ongoing support for Ukraine's defense against Russia. It is crucial to address why discontinuing this support could lead the United States down a perilous path.
Had we not committed to supporting Ukraine's territorial sovereignty when they surrendered their nuclear weapons under the Budapest Memorandum in 1994, Ukraine would still have maintained its position as the world's third-largest nuclear power. Furthermore, it's highly unlikely that Russia would have invaded. This precedent sets a dangerous tone for the future, where no nation would willingly disarm, potentially pushing more countries to seek nuclear capabilities as a safeguard for their territorial integrity. This stance also tarnishes the United States' credibility in honoring its commitments, contributing to a more insecure global landscape. It's worth noting that Russia is counting on individuals who share this perspective to advance its goals in this conflict. We must not unwittingly become tools of Russia; instead, we should stand firmly for justice and international agreements.
If we are indifferent to the likelihood that nations will no longer disarm, it may encourage more countries to acquire nuclear weapons. Disregarding our commitments further erodes our international standing.

Should NATO countries come under attack, should it concern us? Putin has suggested territorial claims over parts of Poland and other allies, implying that ignoring such aggression would embolden Russia. As more nations fall under Russia's influence, a confrontation may become inevitable. At that point, we could find ourselves weakened, with fewer allies, facing a larger, more formidable Russia. We must view this situation holistically, considering all facets of this intricate puzzle. This path leads to a weakened United States, a world with a proliferation of nuclear-armed nations, a stronger Russia, and fewer allies—a decidedly unfavorable outcome.
Imagine for a moment that you or the politicians you support believe that countries should fend for themselves, emphasizing self-interest over collective security. Would you not want to aid Texas in securing its border with Mexico? Other states have their priorities, and helping a different state might be seen as a misuse of resources. However, this mindset could apply to any state in need. What if, for instance, China purchased land along the Mexican border and invaded Texas? Under this perspective, why would other states send aid or troops to assist Texas? The question of whether we truly stand united arises. It mirrors the principles of NATO, where an attack on one is an attack on all. However, if we fail to honor our commitments internationally, why would we suddenly uphold them within our borders? This is the vision some politicians have, even though they may not fully realize the potential consequences. Dishonor begets further dishonor.
Do you genuinely believe that a world where we cease to support Ukraine and focus solely on our borders would be one of peace and prosperity? This is why Putin openly supports the idea of certain candidates becoming president again. Their unwillingness to support Ukraine is Russia's best chance to succeed in this conflict. Supporting candidates who do not prioritize continued aid to Ukraine may ultimately contribute to the downfall of the United States.
