Some people get caught up on the way they look in order to feel young. Some people go out and buy the best clothes in order to feel good. The things we do for ourselves and for others change as we age is never ending. So what you do at 25 years old will most definitely be different at 45 years old. So what's sexy as we age?

To me it's the MIND! The brain is something we can keep active and young so it won't age as quickly. So are you a SuperAger or want to be?
