Target Orientated:
In Sales - it's all about achieving those targets and goals - you are focused on consistently achieving and indeed over achieving your targets and achieve that sense of accomplishment!
Communicative:
If you cannot communicate properly, then you cannot get across to your potential customer the benefits of your product offering! Communications need to be polished both verbally and digitally!
Product Knowledge:
Looking at the above - if you don't know your product or service, then you'll never be able to communicate the benefits of using them!
Ability to Upskill:
It is a rare thing that a new recruit comes into a role having the full product knowledge that they need. Therefore, you need to be willing and able to accept extensive training and upskill where necessary to deliver on your objectives
Motivation:
Without motivation, you'll find it difficult to reach your targets and goals. Sales can often be like a roller-coaster. You need to be able to 'take the good with the bad' and drive yourself to move on.
Time Management:
When in the field, you control your time. Time is a valuable resource to any sales person. Really good Super Hero Sales people will prioritise customers that can generate the most value!
