Last week, a client confessed feeling stuck with their chosen niche, worried they'd made the wrong choice. This reminded me of a crucial truth about niching: it's okay to pivot.
You wouldn't buy a car just because it looks good in photos or has impressive specs on paper. Similarly, a niche might seem perfect based on market research, but only through actual sales conversations and engagements do you discover if it aligns with your expertise and passion.
Here's what many don't realize: choosing a niche for outbound marketing doesn't mean turning away referrals outside that space.
It's about focusing your proactive efforts where they'll have the most impact.
