Personal to-do list

Make sure that outside of your working hours, you are taking the time to complete your own tasks; these can be small day-to-day tasks that will take your mind off working.

Take your annual leave

Make sure that you are taking your annual leave. Even if you don't have a set holiday, find time for the activities you enjoy doing and spend time with friends and family!

Ditch your phone after hours

Take a break from your screens; even a few hours spent alone can have a huge positive impact on you! We understand that taking a lengthy break from technology isn't always feasible, but we guarantee that you will feel rejuvenated in a matter of hours. We know we do!

Don't rely on booze

Most people enjoy a glass of wine or a beer at the end of the day, but did you know too much alcohol can cause anxiety and make you feel worse instead of better? So, why not embrace the teas and coffees during the week and save the booze for the weekend? This will make you feel more in control and less stressed!
