You are stronger than you think!

On May 13th 2020, I have had enough of overthinking about situations which were non existent. I started feeling as if something was choking me out. I checked on my social media activity. I was spending 6 hours daily on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and Telegram. An epiphany hit me hard that I was getting over reliant on my favorite people.
I decided to go off all attachments to find and interact with my inner soul. I knew that this journey was going to be tough because I was on a hunt for positivity during the time of an epidemic.

This is my 2 week research / journey on how to overcome anxiety or failure. I am sharing the guru mantra that can change the way you look at life from now on.
Step 1: The magic of Interaction
Forget about everything and remember about that goal you wanted to achieve at the start of this year. The resources are limited and time is running out but your will power isn't. Detach yourself from all your emotions and try to interact with your soul. Let the magic happen. Let it feel the pain you are going through. Your soul will do the healing process. Reconcile your thought process and strategize for your goals.
You are still far away from home but you are going to make it!
Step 2: Find the root cause of your problems
Learn how to find the root cause of your problems and cure it! When you superficially attend your problem, you are just trying to avoid it. The problem will always persist until and unless you cure the root cause.
The root cause of my overthinking was my over reliance on my favourite people. I realised that I wasn't busy enough to stop thinking about certain things again and again
Cure : I decided to engage myself in activities that I love the most. I re-organised myself to dedicate my time for my pre term courses and health. When you get overburdened by the pile of work, there is barely any time left for overthinking.
Step 3: Spirituality
An atheist for most of my life, my recent connection with the spirituality was a game turner. I was able to establish my connection with my soul. Spirituality is like a catalyst that expedites the healing process of soul. The humming of spiritual music will pierce the thick layer of pain and will calm you down. It absorbs the negative energy and fills your heart with all the positivity. The feeling of self comes up as change.
Step 4: Treat your body as temple
The negative energy you possess should be eventually destroyed. I decided to go the rough way to burn it down to ashes.
I started giving 2 hours daily and my body paid every debt. The resources were limited and the city was locked down. But the tough boy ran 149 kilometres in just 14 days on his terrace. Each drop of sweat was destroying the negative energy I possessed and I killed it all.
Try to find out some activity that can help you attain the inner peace and destroy the negative energy.
Step 5: Watch out for your sleep and diet!
You need to learn how to control your sleep and diet. Stress results from the way you eat and sleep.
You don't need to wait to sleep. Insta stories or late night sitcoms can wait for next day. Train yourself to sleep the moment you are at bed. Lay down in a straight posture, facing towards the ceiling. Take deep breath, exhaling all the negative energy and inhaling the positivity.
Prepare a diet chart which suits you the best. Avoid too much intake of sugar and high cholesterol products. Watch out for wines and beers! Your body is a temple. The onus is on you to treat the way it is!
Step 6: Admit and walk away!
The times are really tough. But do you want to crib about something which can ruin your 86400 seconds?
If you have failed recently or are dejected then don't crib about it anymore. Analyse your failures, cure the root cause and fight back! There is always an opportunity in the times of threat. Recognise and fight for it.
I always wanted to live in my lalaland where things were supposed to be picture perfect. But as I stepped out of my comfort zone, little did I realise that it was all mirage. Now as I walk in a deserted area, I really don't care about the consequences.
End Results:
Your body knows how to repay the way you treat it! A 2 week furlough fetched me following results:
- My energy level has gone up
- My dark circles are gone
- I feel more confident about myself
- I can now manage multiple things at the same time
- I don't see a reason to overthink ever again
Life will throw you down into uneven situations. You will always look out for your companions to help you out. But what if you become self sustained and help yourself out. The times are uneven but your will power isn't! Awaken the dragon and burn down all the negativity.
You are about to bring in the much awaited change in your life!
