Are you still looking for a faster horse?

Henry Ford was busy tinkering away with plans…

Laid out in front of him, was a slew of sketches and models… 

The type of which no one had ever seen before.

For the most part, people around him didn’t really understand what he was doing, or why.

They didn’t understand his vision.

His vision was to harness energy in a new way, which would power people to get to where they wanted to go, faster, safer, and better.

The idea was simple… but not easy.

In fact, even after he had turned those sketches and models into a fully functioning, combustion engine, motorised vehicle (Truly a marvel of modern engineering) he was told repeatedly that…

“It’s just a fad”

“This won’t last”

“Horses are here to stay”

“When will you learn to just leave things as they are…”

In fact, one of my favourite quotes from Henry Ford comes from a time a reporter asked him why he hadn’t bothered to do any market research before launching the Model T…

“If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.”

Looking back, we can now see that young Henry was right all along, and his big idea would change the lives of billions of people.

So, why am I telling you this?

Well, here is the thing.

We’re currently in the FOURTH industrial revolution…

And yet…

I still see people investing (and thinking) like we’re in the first.

Now, you have heard stories lately…

About “price drops” “forced sales” “mortgage stress”...

And you might be thinking…

“‘Rona is going to ruin the property market”

And, in some cases, the stories are 100% correct.

You see, those investors who did it the “old way” are facing a lot of challenges.

Imagine the scenario:

You’ve been told your whole life that you should invest in property to secure your retirement.

So, you follow the old way of thinking, which is “Buy 5 houses and pay them off over 30 years”...

Except, like 90% of investors, you never even make it past property number two…

Why?

Because you bought a liability.

A cash eating monster that steals your paycheck, stops you going on holidays, and destroys your serviceability, so you can never really “get ahead”.

The saddest part?

Because you got stuck at 2 properties and never made it to 5… 

Even when you get to that distant 30 year goal… you still won’t have gotten what you want…

And NOW, you face even more challenges… with vacancy rates climbing, property prices trembling… and uncertainty looming....

But…

Let me ask you…

How would you need to think, how would you need to invest, in order to avoid that fate?

What would you need to do, in order to build a property portfolio which can generate the returns you need to be economically independent, 300% - 600% faster than the “old way” of investing?

Well, the answer is simple (not easy).

But, it requires a new way of thinking.

It requires that you change your paradigms, and act in a way that is in alignment with your vision. 

You would need assets which produce a net positive income… so you don’t need to worry about mortgage stress, or getting stuck with your serviceability limits…

You would need strong capital growth, so you can build up equity and use this to fund more growth…

You would need the ability to control, optimise, or accelerate both your cash flow and capital when you need it, as you need it… this stops you worrying about the shifting sands of politics and the economy. 

This is what we call “The Holy Trinity”, and these principles guide all of our investment decisions (and they should guide you too)

However… that is not enough. 

Understanding that alone will only get you so far.

What you need, is to be able to take those principles, and apply them in a three dimensional vector, which allows you to understand:

Asset Selection and Allocation...

Strategic Advancement...

Portfolio Balance and Liquidity...

Risk Management...

Speed and Efficacy... 

How to move from the Foundation phase, to the Acceleration phase, and finally to the Legacy phase.

Because… 

There is no point a rookie investor trying to jump straight into doing developments…

In fact, that would likely break them.

You need to understand the exact pathway, the simple, systematic process to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

Now, you might be thinking “Yeah, cool story… but now what”

And, well, like I said…

This is simple, but not easy.

And in fact, you might not even understand where you are, let alone where you want to go.
