Happy New Year! We've updated the name of this newsletter to "Powerful Under Pressure," and as one of my colleagues says, "Being Powerful Under Pressure means I can stay calm in the midst of change, challenges, and uncertainty. It means I don't have to panic under pressure because I am equipped with the tools and resources to help me to be resilient and move forward with clarity and focus."
That's the focus of this newsletter, and it's my intention to share valuable tools and resources that will help you when you face chaos, change, or uncertainty. Instead of becoming panicked, paralyzed, or perturbed -- you'll have the support to respond powerfully.
