Fellas, have you become someone you used to disparage?

Are you always talking about what you’re gonna do but never taking action?

Do you find yourself judging others, criticising and bitching?

Is life drifting???

It’s Not Your Fault. But it is Your Responsibility.?

And the good news is you can change. You can make that jump into something new, you are brave and courageous, it’s in you, you just need to find it. You know deep down how you want to live your life and it is possible to get out of your own way.

You probably feel a bit stuck. Trapped by your circumstances and all the bills you have to pay. Unable to extricate yourself from your business or from your work because you’ve worked damn hard to get where you have, but there must be more to life than this, right?

I imagine you’ve tried to change. You’ve listened to the self help and personal development gurus and tried the apps, the to-do lists, journaling, exercise plans, blocking out time… but your enthusiasm always wanes and you go back to old habits. The rewards didn’t come quick enough so you binned it off.

And you go back to your ‘easy’ life, doing things the way you always have and cheering yourself up where and when you can. Thinking I’ll be OK when….

But the trouble is unless you do anything to change, OK is about as good as it’s going to get. And life is way too short for that.


Fear is Holding You Back

I get it. I know what’s holding you back. You’re afraid. I’ve been there, and it kept me trapped for years.?

You are scared to fail, that you might reduce your status and reputation if you try something new and it doesn’t work out. You’re afraid of putting yourself out there and worried what people will think. You don’t want to take on any more because your time is already taken up and you don’t know how you can do things differently.

And the biggest concern. What would your wife or partner think if you told her exactly how you feel and that you’d like to be living differently?


A Simple Three Step Process Which Can Combat All of the Above.

I've spent five years developing this process for my own personal transformation and I've used it to help numerous men change their lives.

Step One Prioritise. 100% Clarity.

This is an exercise in self awareness. It’s about getting a deep understanding of what drives you. Of what you value, what you really care about and why. So you can ensure you prioritise that in your life. And not in some mythical date off in the future, NOW. And it’s about understanding what your vision is, how you want to make your mark on the world, so you have courage and conviction.

Step Two Optimise. 100 % Belief

This is an exercise in aligning your beliefs to your values. Again it’s more self awareness. We look at the core beliefs that have been holding you back. Beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m not the sort of person who…”. And we pluck them out at the root. They are the root cause of your self sabotage. If your beliefs don’t change it doesn’t matter how many programmes you do you wont change either.

Step Three Execute. 100% Success.

This is designing your manifesto for who you want to ‘be’. Not what you want to do. This process is all about who you are ‘being’ . Coming up with a plan and strategy to get you moving towards your vision. A step by step process, with measures of success designed by you. A new set of habits and routines, aligned to your values and priorities so you spend the most valuable resource, your time, doing the things you love with the people you love.
