Billions of people enter this mode every night.

We’re drawn to screens like moths to a flame.

And it’s killing our sleep.

Most of us know this, yet we can’t say no.

We can’t put it down.

WHY?

Why do we find it so hard to find our off-switches these days?

90% of my clients tell me they lay in bed and can’t switch off their phone or their racing thoughts.
