The Coaching

Big goals take time.

If you over-index on getting results, you'll get discouraged before they results have a chance to come.

Break your goals down into small actions.

Measure yourself on completing those small actions—that's your trajectory.

The results will take care of themselves.

The Smile

The Habits

  1. Pause to remember what your big goals are (don't skip this!).
  2. Review your actions from last week (done? not done?).
  3. Decide what actions you'll take this week (specific and measurable).
  4. Schedule the work in your calendar (time blocking).

Now, you're set to win.

So much of goal setting seems to tie back to behaviors and approaches. Good planning shows so much more than if just the plan was right or not.
