“Iskra, what actions do you take to position yourself as an AUTHORITY?”.
This question suggests a quick fix to something that can be seen as a potential problem that needs to be resolved:
“In order to attract my ideal clients, they HAVE TO SEE ME as an authority.”
But what if you BE the authority first instead of POSITION and PRESENT yourself as one?
What if you BE the leader of your life?
Then you don’t need to pretend, to create a facade, and try to figure out how to deliver on the promises of the shiny look.
There are many aspects to it: Am I being an authority? Am I seen as one? Do I feel as an authority? Do I act as an authority with all responsibilities?
Yes, I am a total believer in the power of brands and strategic messaging, after all, the biggest part of my professional expression has been in strategic advertising (since 1995) and creating powerful audio-visual products (as an executive film producer until recently).
But for emerging changemakers like you, who rediscover themselves, nothing compares to being AUTHENTIC, acknowledging who you are, and humbly - yes, right! - recognizing and appreciating your talents, power, and effect on people.
You know the popular saying "fake it till you make it" - but this does not work with authenticity.
It is an act of honesty, integrity, and humbleness to develop a sense of your self-worth in the process of getting clear on how you contribute to building your own life and how you make a difference in the world.
It might go against family laws and social rules to stand out, be visible, and take responsibility for your actions to fulfil your big dreams.

And it can be scary - a lot! - to accept, to get comfortable with the new identity you choose to build.
And maybe to see people dropping out of your life when you start creating boundaries and living in alignment with your values.
But then life gets easier - or does it? - let’s say, simpler, as you don’t have to keep lying to yourself and others, and hold the masks that hide your brilliance.
Change does not happen quickly. A breakthrough can come in a moment, but supporting and maintaining a transformation takes consistency, focus, and determination. And we have to be honest - you might feel discomfort and pain when digging deep to the bottom of things, too.
But oh, the outcome! Is it not rewarding to feel, after six months of showing up and stepping down, that finally, things start coming to place?
I am glad and content that I followed my heart and intuition when I decided to turn the ShowUP! process into a six months experience in the ShowUP! Incubator. A baby doesn’t start walking at once - there are falls and raising up hits and celebrations. It takes time to start to trust oneself, your partners in growth, your changing world.

We are about the complete the sixth stage of the ShowUP! journey with my clients - working with Self-Worth and their sacred money archetypes, before entering the last phase: self-actualization. It took some six, others - ten months to get to the present state of empowerment and profound self-awareness.
I am so excited to watch them shine - in their personal lives, with honesty and congruence; leading masterminds and public meditations, ready to publish their books and working on their masterclasses.
Each one of my amazing brave clients is already showing up, BEING an authority - in their conscious relationships as a parent or partner, as a community or spiritual leader, as a business mentor, as a coach or soon-to-be-published author.
How are YOU showing up as a leader in your life, building your AUTHENTIC AUTHORITY?
