What does being "Seen look like?"
Feeling validated. What is validated? It's a yearning or deep inner sense of knowing that you are accepted. What is acceptance? It's your presence, essence and illumination of your glory occupying unforgivingly in the room. Trying to be visible to others doesn't exist in validation. It is an inner security a valid truth, solid fact and inherit right to be here where your energy is acknowledged in the space because you are here.
Being seen feels like wherever you set your feet you deserve to be there and belong. It feels like sovereignty and honoring yourself. It feels like being unapologetic about your full expression. It feels like an unjudgmental and unbiased space. It feels free. It is free. It is freedom actually. It feels like a space of observation, nurturing and nourishing. It feels like support. It feels like open arms. It feels like celebrate=ing. It feels like a surprise party for self. It feels like an embrace and HUG that never leaves you empty.
