Will you Rise to your greatest heights?

Hello Everyone,

I hope this message finds you well and filled with positivity!

First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for being a part of this incredible journey with me. Your support and engagement mean the world.

When I started this platform on LinkedIn, I lost my entire community! I went through a massive shift of thoughts, values and perspectives. I no longer wanted to be divided from others because of their religion, politics, skin color, sexual orientation or anything, frankly that is not my business, I simply wanted to love and respect others unconditionally and I questioned if others values was not what I valued who says my way of thinking was better.

I no longer believed this. I chose Love, unconditional Love, unfortunately that didn't go over well in my old community so here again I was starting from scratch building new relationships and friendships.

My vision was clear: to shine a spotlight on remarkable people, everyday heroes. I wanted to create a space where valuable people like nurses are not just seen, but authentically heard and celebrated. Connecting with nurses from diverse backgrounds and specialties literally all over the world has been a truly enriching experience.

For me, this endeavor didn't start with sales or promotion—it’s about recognizing the potential of nurses to drive significant change in our profession. Along the way I had to see my own value and stop giving everything away for free. About 2 years in I realized I needed to support and promote nurses and other valuable people and wrap them up and sell them to themselves and others.

Some really amazing people just doing incredible things but waiting for someone to shine a light or lift them up for others to see. I love doing that!!!!

The connections I've made have shown me the power of bridging the gaps between frontline caregivers and influential leaders. LinkedIn has become a tool to facilitate these meaningful connections, allowing us unprecedented access to inspiring mentors and influential figures.

I've come to realize the incredible value each of person holds. And my unique ability to build rapport and authentically help them to amplify their true deepest desires. Anyone can make money but it takes a special person to clearly reflect your destiny back to you that it sets your soul on fire.

I absolutely love this work sometimes its an invitation to join a spotlight interview. Other times, it’s about supporting an emotionally weary nurse through coaching or helping them build their personal brand. And let’s not forget the joy of inviting you to join the vibrant community of Nurses in Charge Global Nurses in Charge Inc , where we can collaborate to heal both our profession and the world.

At the end of the day it's all about building your Legacy.

There are countless ways to engage and contribute—whether through coaching, mentorship, networking, or simply sharing your unique story. My goal, above all, is to inspire and empower you to recognize your own greatness and to live life to its fullest potential.

My aim is for every person I interact with and touch to know they really truly lived and can tangibly capture the impact of that life through the moments we invested together.
