Are you recovering from COVID 19? Part 1

In this article, we wanted to cover a subject that is obviously of utmost importance at the moment and that is coming up in our conversations with our shifters a lot more than we would like to sadly; how to best recover from COVID-19 if you are one of the unlucky ones to have caught it.

What’s interesting is that we’ve been having these conversations with our shifters and there’s a lot of talk around how not to contract COVID and how to stay safe and stay healthy, but there isn’t anybody out there educating whoever has caught it on how best to recover from it.

We wanted to reach out to you to let you know that what might have worked for you when it comes to health and wellbeing before your COVID challenge might not be what works for you in order to recover from it. You have to be very strategic and know what you’re doing and know how you’re dealing with this, in order to recover in the most effective way: the good news is that you absolutely can.

That’s the bottom line message, you can actually get in even better shape than you were before you caught it but you got to know what you’re doing. You’ve got to take care of yourself in a way that is quite unique and specific, essentially.

We know people that have caught COVID, which is fine, there’s no shame in it. It’s something that we have to live with in this day and time, and it will soon be as common as the flu, although hopefully we’ll be better equipped to fight it. So if you catch it, it doesn’t make you any lesser, but what can make you greater is how you recover from it.

Our proven methodology, which we formulated a long time ago, is actually designed to strengthen your immune system above all else, and this makes it the perfect fit to help recover from COVID amongst other things. To give you a glimpse into how we work with clients that have had it: the first step that we apply is to be present in our mindset because a lot of times when the individuals that we work with caught COVID, the first thing that they say is “I remember before this is, I was much stronger!”.

The first priority is a mindset shift: that’s the first pillar of our proven method which we call Focus. We have to redirect that focus pillar and shift the attention more to the present moment. That’s just a little teaser in how we go about rebuilding your optimal health and wellbeing. We know how those who have caught the virus feel literally torn down and like they’re starting from base one again but that is totally fine. From there you can actually re-build build in a very present and conscious way.
