I love this analogy - it was used in a course I attended recently to make the point about the importance of where we spend our time as Business Owners.
Time is the most finite thing we have, and yet I know myself I get sucked into 'functional' (low value) stuff all the time; when I should be spending more time in the 'vital' (high value) work.
My clients would love that more; I would love it and my bottom line would too.
