Being a REALTOR? is not easy! Especially at a time when so many people are getting into the business and technology is evolving daily. Not to mention the high cost that comes with being in this business: Association Dues, MLS Fees, Broker Fees, Broker Splits, Marketing, Signage, etc.. Then, the unfortunate statistic by NAR that says 87% of all new Agents will fail within five(5) years. Separate from that statistical fact, 32% of REALTORS? in 2019 closed zero(0) transactions. Another 33% closed 1 to 3 deals the entire year. My question is, how long can a REALTOR? not close any deals or enough deals to justify being in the business? Full Service, at a fair price…
- 1% Listing Fee, paid at closing
- To qualify, seller MUST be selling and then buying a new home
- If seller is not buying a new home, listing-side commission is negotiable
- Recommend 3% Buyer Agent Commission
NOTE: This package is ONLY for sellers that are doing two(2) transactions: Selling and Buying! The seller does not qualify for a buyer rebate when they purchase a new home. They realized their savings when they sold their home.
NOTE: If the seller is ONLY selling a home and NOT buying a new home, our Agents can negotiate the commission up to 3%. We recommend the seller pay 3% to the Buyer Agent.
NOTE: DOSS Agents only pay a $395 Flat Fee
