You real earning is number of people you have inspired

Plato: "Good actions give strength to ourselves, and inspire good actions in others." I myself always live by this quote and I am happy to say that I have been an inspiration to others. I am an ordinary person, but I strongly believe that you can inspire the people around you through your actions and your shares. This belief stems from my father, who I have seen doing good and kind acts. I too come from a middle class family and grew up seeing my father respecting all, irrespective of their social status and financial conditions. He always greeted our building's watchman, inquired about well being of our domestic help.

During festivals, without fail, he used to give sweets and some cash to the children of our security staff, peon and our domestic help, his office boy and other people in his contact who were from humble background. I followed his example. Currently, I am working in corporate at senior level, but stop by to talk to our building's watchman, enquire about his well-being, sponsor school education of my domestic help's 2 children. I also donate monthly grocery to an orphanage and distribute some food packets to the street children while waiting at the traffic signal.

The peon in our office is treated as an integral part of our dept. by my team members and me, the head of the dept. No one in my group orders the peon to do any work, but respectfully gets the work done, and he happily does all the work and on time. My team members follow me because I treat each one of them with a lot of respect, and have instilled a feeling in them that to get the work done, it is not necessary to use your power and to repress the person below you. We celebrate each person's birthday in or office including the housekeeping staff and the peon as well.

I don't know the reason why but many people come to me and share their problems in full confidence and trust, even in my office or online friends on this platform have been in close contact with me over chats and phone calls and I try to inspire them through my posts and articles shared on this platform. I have experienced many things in small age that i faced in ups & downs of my life and being the only child I was always playing with neighbours children and school friends, therefore I could make so many friends who are still in contact.

There were no one to make me understand or guide me things what is right and wrong related to life & studies but now i am at such a good level of maturity, I can make people understand whats right and wrong to them. Here I would like to share some useful tips for you to become inspiring to other people. One should always try to help others, because you never knew when you will be in the same kind of help.

I believe that one should always share knowledge, its is not a stuff to keep with you as much you share knowledge the more you will keep learning from others. Always be self motivated towards life, life is one time gift so never regret on what has gone wrong with you, just go with flow of life.

Everyone face ups & Downs in life, so don’t get panic or sad or depressed, in-fact make that negativity energy turned into positive and achieve your goals. Be happy and most important self love and invest in self is best. Be loyal to self this is what will help you to be successful in life. It is not necessary to have gangs of friends or group of friends, 1 good friend is equal to 100 fake friends online.

The little point of my selfless entity, which is enormously potent of all creations, is the trajectory of my goodness to become an inspiration to my near and rear ones. As I would rather decline to boast me on being an inspiration to some one, I will cease to oblige to inherent intent of the question. Still the way I live, write and share the things; I find my readers consider me as a their source of inspiration.

On this platform too, I do get many DM and mails asking for mentorship and guidance and there are times when a mail pops up in my inbox mentioning a thank you note for being an inspiration. A mere coincidence is all that I feel, that my journey and goals, what were once mine, align well with people out there.
