Are you ready to stop making excuses?

Are you ready to stop making excuses?

A heads up, this article may trigger you.

"It's my age, it's just how it is now"

"My metabolism has slowed down"

"It gets harder when you get older"

"I don't have time"

(insert excuse here)

Does any of these sound familiar?

I have heard all of these on discovery calls with potential clients.

I'm going to say something now which will potentially trigger you.

All the above are excuses, you know it and I know it.

Now.

Right now you may believe them to be true, but they aren't.

Sure maybe your metabolism has slowed down a bit.

Maybe it is a bit harder as you get older.

I get you are busy.

But they are not the reason why you aren't in your best physical and emotional shape.

The reason is your daily actions have brought you to the exact place you are today, good, bad, or indifferent.

Being "too busy" is an excuse to let yourself off the hook.

Your ego wants to protect you.

It does that out of fear.

To keep you safe.

So you tell yourself "it's just the way it is, everyone puts on weight as they get older"

That justification helps things to sit better with you, but you know things could improve.

I'm here to tell you, you can absolutely turn it all around. If you want to.

I know this is possible as I have helped 100s of men just like you who have said all the above statements and believed the story for not being where they want to be.

There is a condition though.

YOU have to let go of the excuses.

Pull your socks up and accept responsibility.

It's all on you.

"If nothing changes, nothing changes".

This may not be an easy thing to do.

In fact, holding the mirror up to yourself is hard.

It's uncomfortable.

But once you do it and you look inside and ask.

"Who do I want to be?"

You can then push forward.

On your side Michael
