Despite the cold snap, this month marks the start of a new season: March 20th is the official first day of spring and then we change the clocks on March 26th.?

The change of seasons should bring better weather (fingers crossed) which is often when we start thinking even more about looking and feeling our best. We want to be fit enough to be gardening and going on days out and, of course, we want to feel confident as we swap chunky jumpers and boots for shorts, dresses, and sandals.

Now is the perfect time to start the 1:1 Diet or to get back on Plan. If you’re already on Plan, the brighter days will be that extra boost of motivation to keep you focused on your goals.

Deliciously Dreamy Product Hacks

Our meal replacement shakes and bars don’t have to be eaten exactly how it says on the packet! Why not have some fun and try creating one of these super easy product hacks with our new Strawberry & Cream Flavour Shake MRP?

Deliciously dreamy strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • The 1:1 Diet Strawberry Flavour Shake MRP
  • The 1:1 Diet Strawberry & Apple Bar MRP
  • The 1:1 Diet Mix-a-Mousse

Suitable from any Step

Each serving: 217kcals

Method:

  1. Cut up half your Strawberry & Apple Bar into tiny pieces and press down into the bottom of your glass or ramekin
  2. Make up half your Strawberry Flavour Shake and Mix-a-Mousse as per packet instructions
  3. Pour over the top of the Strawberry & Apple Bar layer
  4. Pop in the fridge to set for 15 minutes
  5. Ta-da!??

Deliciously creamy strawberry shake

Ingredients:

  • The 1:1 Diet Strawberry Flavour Shake MRP
  • 1 portion (13g) lighter real dairy spray cream
  • 50g fresh strawberries

Suitable from Step 3

Each serving: 223kcals?

Method:

  1. Make- up your Strawberry Flavour Shake as per packet instructions
  2. Next, add a squirt of lighter real dairy spray cream
  3. Top with 50g chopped fresh strawberries
  4. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

?Top tip for Step 4 and above: Grind or chop up 18 roasted, shelled, pistachio nuts for an extra tasty treat. This could be your 100kcal bonus (total 323kcals).

Thai Green Chicken Curry

Craving your favourite takeaway curry? Why not swap out the calories and cook up a healthy feast in less than 30 minutes with this Thai Green Chicken Curry recipe!

Method:

  1. Cook the rice according to instructions on the packet.
  2. While the rice is cooking, lightly spray a wok or deep frying pan with oil. Place over a medium heat and add the chicken. Stir-fry briskly for 2-3 minutes until sealed and golden.
  3. Stir in the green curry paste and cook for 1 minute. Add the lemon grass, garlic, and lime leaves and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the nam pla, coconut milk and vegetables. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and cook for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are just tender but still crisp.
  5. Stir in the lime juice and chopped coriander and serve with the boiled rice, garnished with shredded chilli.

As your personal Diet Consultant, I will help you create your Plan and give you the products you need. I’ll then be with you every Step of the way to keep you motivated and celebrate with you as the weight drops off.

What will I eat?

Pick from our range of delicious, nutritionally balanced meal replacement food. Tuck into hearty porridge, mouth-watering spag bol or Thai noodles and so mauch more. With meals, smoothies, snack bites and other great products, The 1:1 Diet is so much more than just shakes. All our products are calorie-controlled, crammed with the nutrients you need, and full of flavour.

What it be like?

As with any diet, the first week of changing your eating habits takes effort. But, unlike other diets, The 1:1 Diet is unique in providing one-to-one Consultant-led support.?

You’re never alone on this diet. Together we choose your Plan to suit your starting point and your goals. Then, I will inspire and support you throughout your entire journey.

With our wide range of tasty meal replacements and my support, you’ll enjoy being on Plan and soon start to see the difference.

How much will it cost?

On average, you’ll only pay around £2.55 for a meal.?

As your Plan is carefully structured by me, you may even find you're spending less than your average shop. There's no subscription - you simply buy your tasty meal replacement products directly from me.

Weight loss support

You’ll typically “see” me once a week for a weigh in, a catch up, and to order your products. You'll have my contact details and we keep in touch through WhatsApp,? WhatsApp and Facebook Slimmer Groups - whatever works for you. I am there to support you as your personal weight-loss coach, so make sure you lean on me if the going gets tough. I know exactly how to keep you on track.

Coach tour operator Julie Knight was in danger of losing her driving licence because her size meant she kept falling asleep everywhere. After finding The 1:1 Diet, Julie lost an incredible 12 stone and no longer recognises herself!?

Julie, 37, lost more than half her body weight after a health scare saw her nearly lose her driving licence. Her wakeup call came when she kept falling asleep literally everywhere.

“I’ve always been big due to unhealthy eating habits,” said Julie. “I used to work unsociable hours and would binge on junk food. My weight then started to affect my health and I couldn’t stay awake. I’d nap when I could and even fell asleep in the cinema!”

Julie was diagnosed with sleep apnoea in 2019.

“I was given a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine and advised by my doctor that I had to contact the DVLA about my condition. The thought of losing my driving licence was devastating. I knew if I tried to do something about my weight, I might be able to reverse the effects of sleep apnoea.

“I didn’t like the idea of weight loss groups, but the 1:1 support which this diet offered was really appealing so I contacted my Consultant.

“Their support was greatly appreciated and really helped me stay on track throughout the 13 months it took me to lose weight. I knew she was only on the end of the phone if I had any questions or concerns and that helped. I also didn't feel like I was restricted to only contact my consultant on my 'weigh in' day, I knew I could message her anytime and she'd help me.

“I found the Plan fairly easy to follow as I moved up the Steps. I was determined to keep my licence and ditch the horrible CPAP machine.”

Julie is delighted by the changes weight loss has made to her life.

“I’ve now more than halved my body weight. I no longer need the CPAP machine as I have reversed the sleep apnoea symptoms and feel so much healthier.

“I can climb stairs without getting out of breath, I use an exercise bike regularly... something I've never been able to do before. I now walk for miles with my two dogs without feeling tired.

“When I'm driving, my stomach no longer touches the steering wheel and I can fit into coach seats with the seatbelt around me which, as a tour operator, is a big help.”
