Are You Ready to Rumble?

The COVID-19 crisis had an enormous impact on tourism. Rumble Alberta? was created with the desire to make a difference!

The Journey is the Destination. 5 regions, 44+ highway routes, 12 adventure routes, 400+ rural communities en route and hundreds of challenges are designed to give Albertans a chance to explore the province and support small and rural businesses.

Rumble Alberta? is AHS-ready by design. Registration, route maps and route-specific offers from local business will all be bundled in our Digital Event Pass. Challenges are designed to be touch-less.

A 4 1/2 month window for participants to complete the challenges avoids bunching or gatherings - - with the opportunity to add events as they are allowed.

Rumble Alberta? PURPOSEFULLY drives traffic into small town Alberta through the route maps and hundreds of challenges. The challenges and the routes inspire participants to ENGAGE in these communities.

For the explorer: This province-wide family friendly event is made for everyone - no matter what you are driving or for how long - a day - a weekend - or anytime during the summer!

Our challenges begin on May 24th and last until October 3rd. The maps are online and open for the public to use until the end of the year. Our program is digital and as hands free as possible, and observes Provincial COVID contact and gathering guidance.

An event pass is not needed to Rumble, however, purchasing one allows you to take advantage of specials, discounts, and to complete the challenges for a shot to win prizes.

Raising funds for nonprofits and charities is a familiar and important element for the motoring enthusiast community. Charitable giving is a built-in feature for our event and you will be asked to choose one of our partnering charities for a $20 donation included in the event pass price.

For Small Businesses & Organizations: The "Steel Sponsorship" includes placement on our Rumble Alberta Route Maps with sponsor recognition, addition to the History Check app with 3 keywords, addition to the Rider Friendly Business Directory until March 31, 2022. Paying It Forward: The last year has been challenging for many businesses and organizations. Rumble Alberta? was designed to make a difference. In addition to the charitable giving through our Event Pass sales, we offer a #PayItForward program for small businesses. This allows others - groups, individuals and other businesses - to gift a "Steel Sponsorship" to a business who may need that extra boost for economic recovery.

Who Are the Organisers? The lead organization for Rumble Alberta? is the Canadian Motorcycle Tourism Association, a nonprofit organization with a a 10 year track record for promoting motorcycle tourism in Canada. 

Their partnership with Impact Tourism & the award winning History Check Heritage & Travel Companion App, along with other partners, sponsors and influencers expands the reach of Rumble Alberta? to include ALL RUBBER TIRE TRAFFIC!

Will It Work? Our COVID Test-Rumble in August 2020 was a roaring success. With 30 days from inspiration to ignition our 7 day poker rally event in northern Alberta included 9 routes - GPS/Smartphone ready route-maps.

With 1 week of marketing we attracted 65 riders/drivers with the ages of 24 to 72 and a ratio of 60:40 male vs. female participants. Their positive and enthusiastic feedback on the test event was the deciding factor that Rumble Alberta? was a wanted and needed event.

The target market: 3 Million people hold a driver license in Alberta. Rumble Alberta? is an event that each of these land-locked Albertans, along with their families and friends, can use to explore - in all vehicle types.

Each partner, sponsor, partnering charity will market the event through their channels, along with a large portion of participants.

This event is a collaboration to give every Albertan a change to explore the province safely create an economic rebound event with a focus on rural Alberta and small businesses.
