Are you ready to reSTART?
Are you ready to #restart?
Are you ready to join office from July 2020, when Delhi has worst doubling rate of #Covid patients?
We all suffered a lot due to this #COVID19 #pandemic. Companies are back to their 2015-16 revenues and employees facing salary cuts and layoffs..
Now government has declared #Unlock1.0 but are we READY?
As an HR when I asked my team to restart the office from next month, I have not received any positive reply. I can understand their fear and doubts. The Plan is to come office only once or twice a week to complete a few important things which we are not able to do from home..but when I discussed same with the team, they were not ready. A few employees told me - It is too risky we may get infection. They have small kids and old parents at home so they do not want to take any risk. A few are not in Delhi and commuting from UP or Bihar to Delhi region is again a risky affair.
Unlock 1.0 is not a RESUME it is a fresh restart for Companies… We need to focus on PRODUCTIVITY & Efficiency both to regain the business. In this time if your team is not ready … what we can do?
To overcome their doubts and fear related to Covid-19, we have organized one Doctors Speak. A webinar session with Dr. Abhinav Agarwal (M.B.B.S., M. D. Medicine, D.N.B. Internal Medicine. Consultant Physician in Department of Internal Medicine at Max Super specialty hospital, Vaishali). He explained very well about the Virus and the precautions that we may need to follow.
A few main tips shared by Doctor to restart and for NEW Normal:
1. Eat healthy to improve your immunity
2. Do gargles with lukewarm water daily
3. Purchase pulse oximeter in case anyone is old or asthmatic in your home
4. Use masks & Gloves both
5. Maintain Social distancing strictly
6. Do meditation or Yoga
I got positive feedback from employees after this session. I suggest if you also facing same issues, do some sessions and try to remove Covid19 fears from your team. Our Company is ready to reSTART with all COVID measures and guidelines.
All the best to everyone who is hoping to Restart soon!
