Are you ready to publish pay data?

Global Equality and Diversity (GED)

Experiencing Diversity in the workplace

Conference and Broadcast - conference website

Wednesday, 25th November 2015, Level 32, 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5NR

The National Equality Standard and the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion become conference partners.

On Tuesday at the Times CEO Summit David Cameron said:

“transparency ….today I’m announcing a really big move.

We will make every single company with 250 employees or more publish the gap between average female earnings and average male earnings.

That will cast sunlight on the discrepancies and create the pressure we need for change, driving up women’s wages”          David Cameron, 14th July

The CBI fears it will not all be fair, “publishing pay gap data could be misleading” they commented.

How ready are you for these changes - book now and benchmark your work against the best in the business.
