It was a year full of unexpected experiences, of negative feelings and energies, of hardship and change. Of course, it brought us a great opportunity to reflect, adapt and evolve. But this year was a rollercoaster of emotions and the excitement for 2021 is starting to fill the air.

For today I’ve prepared a short exercise for you. Ask yourself these questions and write the answers down. Then reflect on them, on what brings you joy, what you regret and what are the necessary steps you must take.
