Today, after 8 years, I offer the right person(s), a position of responsibility, coupled with a healthy return on their capital employed, and some fun days ahead.I need a business partnership.

Background:

The internet was re-organised 8 years ago .

After the internet’s unplanned, meteoric growth in the 90’s an internet council was formed. They, in turn, made a plan to organise it with a defined structure . Dot.com was a dog’s dinner, with sites such as “globe-13643-.com”?

The new dot.ends, (referred to as dot.suffixes) such as dot.cafe, dot.app, dot.accountant? aimed at creating? a tabled library system on the internet. They also changed the way google and yahoo search for sites etc. The suffix is now the primary word in the search and then each word in front of the suffix? narrows its search to completion.The concept is simple- 900 dot.suffixes have been published to date-more are announced as soon to be published-some have a date set. BUT people are not grabbing these suffixes and making use of them. Nobody gets it-I spend many hours explaining to laymen but so what is their reply-unless they are forward thinking marketing wizards with a dose of motivation in them. In truth I am once again ready to do battle with the world and its complacency.

8 years ago I bought over 800 dot.xyz domains at 34 cents each.

I stumbled across a sale of these new dot.coms whilst trying to find a gaming site. and was elated. Call it fate, or a fate worse than death, but these things happen for a reason.

I frantically purchased all I could think of-from ralplauren.xyz, tedbaker.xyz, and anything that came to mind. I reeled off all my friends names.xyz,, even se.xyz and jesus.xyz-because they had just published dot.xyz -a generic search suffix in line with dot.com.But a generic suffix.

Suddenly the internet world was new again- to be rewritten.I needed to buy them before everyone else did-or so I thought.

Dot.xyz was the next dot.com- and cost 34 cents per domain name on that day just after its? publication.-I spent a lot, but my instinct told me the world would be in ads much as a hurry to get the best ones and be equally elated.?

Elation slowly crumbled before me.

3 years later, my frustration gone, and www.Godaddy.com, the largest domain and internet site host, dedicated an entire page to selling dot.xyz’s- but I lost most of mine by then and any belief-costing $80 a year to re-register them got the better of me and I lost my thirst to rewrite the net.?

To date-for all the wrong reasons,dot.com names attract the highest prices for domains. Illogical and very human, this is due to change. We are A.I cohabitating and logical - awakenings are imminent.?

?All the while my plans made 8 years ago evolve, with knowledge and clarity, hindsight and parity. I kept plans under wraps as I stepped back and waited.

Now 900 dot.suffixes are out there but still the advantages and efficiency of this structured internet has not been embraced by the public. Dot.co.nz can be replaced by dot.nz for $100 -why would you not do that-linking the old dot.co.nz to the new dot.nz. That is the very essence of its structure.

Change is afoot. 5G and A.I. are not far away.

The first piece of work is ongoing but for our purposes it is complete, enabling the next phases of the business plan.

Phase 1-Whilst brokering domain names, I learnt an awful lot -one such closely guarded secret is one can pre-register unpublished sites with new suffixes that are listed for publication but are rolled out in their destined time frame. They can be pre-registered at no cost. First come first served. The first few who pre-register prime sites get to bid for it on the day it is published. -They have an average? register cost of $50 but the highest bid concludes business and earns the right to own the unique domain name-when registered it may be worth more than 1000 x its base cost. It is not common knowledge and they are on the pre register list for minutes nowadays-but I have amassed over my 8 years in this business circa 60 very good domains pre-registered-soon to be auctioned.

Some are fairly pornographic, dot.cam is soon to publish. Sex cam sites account for 35 million hits a day on the net so I have no apologies for owning livegirls.online amongst others.

Phase 2:

60 of these pre registered domains offer a big enough incentive for consideration of my plans.-but if you are not interested now you would not be the right fit for future plans, in all truth..If I have your interest then we are on our way.

Briefly, the pre-registered names are businesses in their own right. Instead of quick profits we will build them, to create money, a working site is 10 times more valuable and useful.. The internet is far from efficient and has immense growth potential. I need a kick up the arse and a bit of money to make some trustworthy people a lot of money, but more importantly get the net running as the TLDs, or 900 new suffixes, are implemented to do so... The suffixes are guaranteed to win searches by google, and work as a library system for the net, bringing functionality and order. We will be the ones ensuring it works as it can -and will.!

I have sat on these plans for as long as I must to ensure public uptake. The plans are ready-with backing and brains we can change the world, or at least the internet-and help it reach its true potential for businesses and all the 92% of the population who are its users. First we must outbid some hungry bidders-but they will not see me coming.

Phase 3

Sell -make businesses from cheap and soon to be expensive domain names turning them into big earners. I have a working knowledge of all the best tools to ensure sites are making money-which makes them more valuable. Dot.coms continue to fetch big prices but we will change this through local and international marketing campaigns.?

The name-London.accountant is the first listing of any person looking for a “lawyer in london”. But there is more --londonfamily.lawyer is top of the search for a search for a? family lawyer in london, -own both you ensure top of both searches, it is wide reaching and competitive by nature-there is only one johnsonville in wellington!!!!-- all these are detailed plans and we are the first -but once out its dog eat dog-that is when these dot.suffixes such as london.hotel become more expensive than all the outdated useless dot.coms. That is all I will say-too much probably.?

I have businesses that need work but are based around sites and education -I worked in education here for 12 years. But there are many businesses these sites create. Let us enjoy the time we can reinvent the wheel.

32 years ago I created the first computerised law firm in the U.K, whilst counting letters one of the lawyers had written in a file for the defendant,?

employing 5 lawyers, and partnering with one of the biggest firms in their field of law-The owner and I changed the way lawyers worked. Well- he sold my business to fellow lawyers and bought lunch! The Law society caught up after 5 years and that was that. We were the first firm to have a website, www.philipbaker.co, which is where my interest in the internet began. I am ahead of progress.
