What is LOCAL?

A key tenant of being a Health Rosetta advisor is implementing the LOCAL approach with our clients. The approach is relatively straightforward and full of common sense. The approach is a sustainable approach to reducing costs while having minimal impact on employees!

So what is LOCAL?



L- Learn how to be liberated from the Status Quo!

5-20% increases are not “normal” and any increase needs to be justified!


How?

Data is the start. We leverage data to ensure increases are justified. If it isn’t, it gives us a point to hold our partners accountable. Conversely, if it is justified, it gives us insight into how we can improve in the coming years!
