Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to spend time with my son during his first week-long scout camp.??It was a week filled with adventure and learning as he earned merit badges in Horsemanship, Swimming, First Aid, and Leather Working.??He also took on the challenge of Rifle and Shotgun shooting.??Despite struggling initially, he never gave up, and on the last day, he proudly shot 15 out of 25 targets.??His determination reminded me that perseverance is key, whether in scouting or real estate investing.??There are always ups and downs, but with grit and endurance, we can overcome any hurdle and achieve our goals.??I am grateful for the flexibility that real estate investing provides, allowing me to focus on my famiily and reconnect with the scouting spirit that was such a big part of my own childhood.??Thank you for your continued support as we push forward with our investment business plans for all our investors!
