Are you ready to finish the year strong?

Are you ready to finish the year strong?

It’s hard to believe that it’s nearly Christmas – I know I keep saying that, but the weeks are just whizzing by & we’re now down to our whole last week.?

Inspired by one of my clients, I am about to enter ‘Decompression Week’, starting on Monday. Click here to find out more about it.

What this means is that I will be working on the business for next year but also taking some time for myself, so that when Friday 23rd arrives, I won’t be collapsing in a heap.?

I have my PT sessions booked in, plus a sports massage & lots of time for Clarity breaks & thinking about the bigger picture.?

This is all on the back of a productive week in Australia.?

I just got back last night after 7 days in Sydney & Melbourne, where I caught up with my EOS APAC colleagues for our T-Group Meeting (Traction Group) & our EOS QCE (Quarterly Collaborative Exchange). I also worked with a few of my EOS clients in Sydney & Melbourne, helping them set up for next year.?

I also managed to sneak in some time with my sister-in-law & niece before they head overseas for Christmas, as well as catching up with my neighbour from 23 years ago in Camden.?

So, just one more board meeting & one more webinar, click here & then that’s me officially off client work for the year.?

If you need help thinking about your New Year, why not join us for the webinar? Or if that’s not your scene, then you’ll love the stuff in the article below.?

Before I sign off, I would like your help. I am offering a $5,000 finder’s fee if you can help me find an assistant. Just share this link with someone you know who might be a great fit:?

BETTER LIFE: Ready for more resilience?

No alt text provided for this image

If I had to sum up 2022 in one word, it would be resilience.

Going from the world completely changing and finding our feet in the new norm to almost feeling like we are back to pre-pandemic times but also knowing that we don’t know what is ahead for us - the 2022 whiplash has been in full force.

Being able to overcome and adapt to the challenges life has thrown us, learning to be flexible in both personal and professional demands and understanding that sometimes it is okay not to be okay.

I have grown exponentially in emotional resilience, but there are multiple aspects of resilience.

In 2023, my focus will remain on self-care to help me be the best leader I can be.

Which of the 5 areas will you be focusing on??
