Worldview is a term that refers to the beliefs, values, interpretations and general perspectives that a person or group holds regarding reality, life, the universe and underlying meanings. It is a lens through which individuals and societies understand and interpret the world around them. Various influences, including personal experiences, culture, religion, philosophy, education, and historical and social contexts, among other factors, can shape a worldview.

Knowing this,?Worldview,?one of the?GEDS dimensions, invites you to become more conscious of how your worldview and value system affect your perceived needs and how you might propose and design solutions in any given situation.

• What is the dominant cultural narrative that has shaped the worldview that is informing the behaviour of modern globalised culture??
• In what way can Deep Ecology, Ecopsychology, Gaia Theory and reconnecting with the Universe Story of 14 billion years of cosmic evolution help us to become re-enchanted with the world again?
• How can each and every one of us integrate the personal development of heart, mind, body and spirit into our daily life practice in ways that support ourselves, our communities and the world on our paths as evolutionary activists??
• How do healthy lifestyles, greater equality, community cohesion, and a sense of belonging and place contribute to a more holistic understanding of health?
