Is the frustration of missing your goals for another month getting to you yet? It's time to cut the C.R.A.P! You deserve to be the best professional or entrepreneur you've pinned on your Pinterest!
Here's what you need to remove:
Complaining
Relying on others to build your dream
Avoiding the grind
Procrastinating until you get a sign or confirmation from others
The thought of creating the mold from the ground up seems impossible, right? Start today and shake your fear of the process. Each day you can choose to improve from yesterday. It starts with a thought that turns into effort followed by progress. Now is your time to show up and show out!
Here is my disclaimer: THIS SH*T WILL NOT BE EASY! When you are built for a different life you experience challenges, shifts, and adjustments. Tackle these areas of change by creating a game plan.
Here is an easy 3 step action plan to get you started:
Step 1: Get real with yourself
- Get in front of your mirror and change your complaints to compliments and commend yourself for recognizing your true potential.
- Grab a piece of paper and write out the top 3 roadblocks hindering your progress in life.
Step 2: Recruit 2-3 accountability partners
- Be selective in this process because these accountability partners will contribute to your mindset and growth.
- Conduct an interview process with those you select and share with each person why you specifically chose them.
Step 3: Commit
- This is your journey, build your consistency by dedicating 30 mins a day to your game plan for 2 consecutive weeks.
- Start your day with positive career affirmations. You can create your own or write some from your favorite people. One of my favorites is from Kobe Bryant "Put everybody on notice that you're here to be one of the greatest ever."
- End each day with your accomplishments. You can write 1 or 100, make sure you end each day in acknowledgment of your progress.
You can do everything above kicking and screaming or in your power-the choice is yours.
-The kick in the A** you needed today!
