Are you Ready to Cook?

Are you Ready to Cook?

If someone told me that I can make Mustard Fish or Kosha Mangsho (Bengali Mutton Curry) under 30 mins, I would laugh at that person and say, “You doesn’t know you a$% you’re your mouth” (pardon my French). Considering I am a decent home chef, I know that to make the authentic Mustard Fish you need to grind the mustard on a Sil-batta (Stoneware Masher) to avoid it from getting bitter and for Kosha besides 8 hrs of meat marination, you need to slow cook the masalas for at least 4 hrs to achieve the authentic colour, flavours and taste. The BIG question is, are you willing to go through this process?

We are an instant noodle generation, hunting of ways to get instant gratification; be it with products, content and now even food. There is so much going on, that there is NO-TIME for grunt work. Instant gratification has gone to the level the popular e-commerce players are now moving to Q-Commerce (delivery within 20 mins). With majority of us between the age groups of 24 – 45 years, living in nuclear families are constantly craving for authentic dishes and swaad.

We want to do a lot but fall short on time. We end up mentally romanticising with the idea of following the passion of cooking but that some-day or one-day is a distant reality. At some level, we all want to impress our date, spouse, parents, friends and outlaws (read in-laws) but just thinking of the whole process involved tires us out, so it’s better to get home delivery than sweat it out in the kitchen.

What if I told you, today that your wait is OVER!! I can help you follow your passion, impress your loved ones, sweep your spouse of their feet with one-third the effort in the kitchen? Am I sounding like a Bruce Wayne or Capt. America ha-ha but wait I’m not the hero here, YOU ARE!!!

Don’t believe me, right? Say ‘Hello to our Instant Liquid Masalas for Mustard Fish, Kosha Mangsho (Bengali Mutton Curry), Nalli Nihari and Laal Maas.
