We're pleased to announce that our new business book, the Customer Catalyst, is now out and well and truly in circulation! We ran our launch event in London on 18th October and took part in a Q&A session at Gainsight's Pulse Europe Conference this week. So far, we have been delighted with the response from customer-centric leaders looking to drive sustainable business growth in the Customer Economy.
