Idea #1:?Host a Womens Health Week event.?Ask women in your workplace to share their own story of how they learnt to put themselves first.?What happened??Share tips to set time for their health & wellbeing.

"Every day is the day to?ask, ‘are you OK?’

Idea #2:?Give everyone a coffee voucher to go and have a cuppa and a chat with a collegaue.?Desk drop RUOK Day conversation cards or email them to employees working from home or remote.

Mental Health Month Oct 1-31

‘Building Resilience: Communities and Connections’

Idea #3: Run a mental health month campaign in your workplace.?Ask your leaders to share a short video showing how they support mental health.?Share weekly tips on your intranet or socials.?Put mental health month backgrounds on your virtual meetings to increase awareness.
