Are You Putting up with Back Pain? Shooting Pain? Pins and Needles? But WHY?

Are You Putting up with Back Pain? Shooting Pain? Pins and Needles? But WHY?

One of my clients came to me recently with back pain. (This happens to me a lot…)

It was the left side of her back, and impacted right down her spine, all the way down to her left leg, where she was getting shooting pains. Ouch.

She’s 56, and she was sort of thinking that it was just a thing that happened when you got older. Something you just put up with.

Fortunately, she decided to come and see me. Maybe it was the pins and needles that did it.

(The ones she’s been experiencing for the last 3 years, which go all the way down her right arm to her fingers…*)

I did my thing and headed for my mind palace. You can call it an assessment.

Elementary, my dear Watson.

Her left sacroiliac joint was restricted, and the Braxial Plexus nerve on her right side was being constricted.

After the first treatment, she was much improved. After the second, lo and behold, no more pins and needles.

And she’s reporting a 90% improvement in the leg pain.

She’s back for her last treatment soon.

I do love my work. I really, really do.

Osteopaths. Not just for bad backs. For leg pain. For pins and needles. For all of it.

i speak to soo many patients in clinic struggling with ongoing pain and the waiting times to see NHS physios are never ending. meanwhile they are having disturbed sleep and popping pain killers. i always recommend looking at alternative treatment options and osteopaths are amazing.
