What do you think is the best Q1 sales plan execution?
Are your plans to sell on Linkedin is going well executed?
Here's a tip on how to keep progressing:
1.??Set priority on what's important
You may not realize this, but sometimes there’s more to get done than the time and resources you have available.
Focus on the most critical ones because unplanned distractions might get in the way, hence before it does, you should get started and finish what you have planned.
2.?Make action plans
Don't just plan but no actions were taken.
You need to come up with a proper strategy to align?your team behind the success factors.
The only way to balance focus and job is to hold everyone accountable via regular progress updates.
3.?Weigh Yourself Often
If you want to make more sales, will you start something today and forget about it tomorrow?
Taking action and being consistent towards it, is so important to progress further.
Always keep track of how far your plans have been progressing.
However, nothing comes easy,
Sometimes, things don’t always go as planned, and if things go poorly, backup plans may be needed.
Wake up today, and start the year strong.
