You Are Not A Product

You Are A Process
You are never a final product, a fixed result, an unchangeable thing. You are always a process, an adaptable, growing thing that is always, shedding, changing, and moving.
You never become anything. You are always becoming something.
Not only in the metaphorical sense but also in the more literal, physiological sense of who you are.
Every day, your body replaces billions of cells. While the time it takes for replacement and regeneration varies from cell to cell and organ to organ, it is said that the human body replaces all of its cells every 7 to 10 years. And so, your whole body completely regenerates around every 10 years, making you, a different you.
You are never done changing and growing because that would simply mean that you are dead.
Still, so many of us become the story that we tell ourselves about ourselves. We become anchored in that identity that we are this 'fixed' version of ourselves. That we cannot change because "we are how we are".
That, which we are constantly telling ourselves that we are, becomes our identity. And our identity can be what moves us forward toward creating new experiences, ideas, and beliefs, or what holds us back to old versions of ourselves.
Awakening to the fact that change is actually possible in your life is essential to your journey.
So, make becoming, growing, and changing an important part of your identity.

The Story You Tell Yourself
Your life is a reflection of your beliefs. Both, the ones you know you have (your conscious beliefs) and the ones you don’t even realize are a part of your mind (your unconscious beliefs).
To create more of what you want, start noticing and identifying the beliefs that are stopping you & holding you back from going after that which you desire.
Then, start CHALLENGING those beliefs by taking small actions every day that create evidence of the contrary and that make you proud and strengthen your self-respect and your self-belief.
Move from the mindset of “I want this, but I don’t have it” or "I want this, but I don't know how to get it" to “How can I create and manifest more of this that I want, in my life?”
The more you give your mind the possibility to solve a problem, the more it will look for ways to solve it. And the more it will open your mind to the fact that you can create new possibilities for yourself, even if they were not the ones you were originally considering taking.
It's not the difficulty of achieving something that holds you back, it's the ease of continuing to tell yourself the story that you cannot, that stops you.
