In a world of never-ending to-do lists, responsibilities, and a packed calendar, it’s hard to prioritize rest. However, if you don’t make resting a priority, you have a higher likelihood of experiencing burn-out, chronic fatigue, and the resulting negative impacts on your mental and physical health. While naps are amazing, they might not be realistic in your everyday life. Something as simple as pausing to take a few deep breaths can be a game changer. So, right now, I invite you to pause, and take 3 Deep Breaths with me. Feel free to bookmark this video and do this every single day.

10 Minute Body Scan. “The issues are in the tissues.” Whether it’s the traffic jam in your morning commute, or the tone that a colleague or family member used in a recent conversation, these things get stored in the body and if left unaddressed can cause chronic stress.
