Are You Presenting Your Video Content In A Way That Gets Their Attention?
Are you presenting your video in a way that will keep people's attention long enough to get your message across? We only have a few seconds to get someone's attention as they scroll past the posts on their phones so you have to let them know who you are and how they will benefit from watching your video. Otherwise they'll just scroll on past you to someone more engaging. #dontgetscrolled
- Always introduce yourself.
- State the problem you're going to help them solve. This could be in the form of a question like, "Are you trying to get more leads from social media?"
- Present your solution in a way that educates or inspires. Be succinct and engaging.
- Finish with a call to action that ask for engagement like a comment or a direct message to talk about your recommendations.
People don't go to social media to be sold to but if you can help them solve a problem and position yourself as the expert with a solution, they just might become a new connection.
