In a business world, everybody tries to be perfect.

We know that we should be perfect.

If you are not good enough, you cannot be the one.

May be you can not be the one for your manager.

Customers may not love you enough.

Your colleagues may not invite you the special parties.

Is that all things feels you are not perfect or not good enough.

But it is all wrong.

You shouldn’t be the perfect.

You are who you are.

Do what is right for you. Do what is right for your business. Do what is right for your company. Do what is right for your customers and colleagues.

You can not make happy everyone. You shouldn’t do.

You are not a perfect. And you shouldn’t be.

You are human.

Don’t worry.
